Submitting Your Hours
When you accept a position as a Manpower Associate your staffing specialist will provide you detailed instructions on how to submit your hours to us weekly. Each position is a little different so if you need clarification please reach out to your local branch.
We pay weekly on Fridays – you can choose between Direct Deposit, ADP Debit Card or Paper Check.
To create account:
- Enter first name, last name, last 4 digits of SSN, and email address
- Click Continue
- Create password, select language preference, and (optional) enter cell phone number
- Select Complete Registration
- Select Log Out, or Go to Account to begin entering time
To enter hours:
- Log into your account with your email address and password
- On the Dashboard, select the weekending date for which you’d like to create a timesheet
- Click on the day you would like to enter time
- Save or Submit your hours

Paper Time Card
If you have been asked to submit a paper time card you can download a copy by clicking here. Please submit timecards to us by noon on Monday.
